there should be a DIY, u have an 01, that means u got everything already there for u, just buy the fogs and plug them in, thats as far as i know, at least u got the wholes and setup for them, a 00 doesn't

So it seems there is a harness already for the lights to plug into, is that right?

How do I go about the switch for the fog lights? Where's Vamp when we need him? HA

does ur car come with a fog light switch? if it does, then most likely it's wired up already...try finding the wires under the hood :p see if u have a fuse or something o_O

if not, wire em up urself, if u have a fog light switch, use it, it's not that hard connecting them....fog lights are easy to install, i've done it on 4 cars now, and i've only fried one relay ! :p it sucks cuz it wasn't the first time i installed em, it was fine then, the third time i installed em, the relay was stupid it had the diagram backwards *haha* so i fried it and smoke came out :p

there isn't going to be a fog switch on an LE...just add a switch after the fogs are wired in.

You can get a steering column switch from S model in the junk yard or the dealer, sometimes eBay also; they tend to be costly, about $40-$70 on eBay when available, probably double that from the dealer... but then a set of aftermarket fogs would run you close to $180.
