They are claiming up to 15 HP increase. Yeah, if there is a nitrous injection kit attached to it.

TRD FTW! Too bad they only sell axle backs though, had mine custom welded in to a 2.0 catback. Sounds great and no drone at freeway speeds.

    Go full custom.

I had a TRD muffler and behind I had a 2.25 inch pipe with a cherry bomb style muffler as a resonator, sounded awesome little drone at highway speed and normal low RPM cruising but was nice and deep when I got a bit heavy on my right foot.

it all depends on what ur pushing. you need back pressure for torque or else we'd all take our header and exhaust completely off. if your only pushing 150hp, i wouldn't get a 2.5in exhaust. if you want a technical definition hit up google but a stock corolla does not need a 2.5in exhaust

    or a 5in tip.

im running a 2.5in exhaust on my 3in intake, ppe longtube race header, hydra ems powered 2zzge. the only 1zz that needs a 2.5in exhaust is a supercharged one.

No matter how much horsepower you have, nothing justifies rice can tip.
After all, most major favored manufacturers make ridiculously fast cars without rice cans.
