haha-leave the poor guy alone-im sure he just made a mistako, well-your stock piping is about 1.75 inches-very restrictive, you want about 2.25-.5 inch tubing...ive currently got 2.5 inch. you should hold the hose infront of your pants-so it looks like your pissin on the car! that would be a great sig!

yeah, i know that the exhaust gases will cool off and move slower through the pipe, but its not like I have that much horsepower anyways, it would be for sound and looks, you know what I mean

you mean your gonna split your exhaust into 2 outgoing pipes? if so, you would take a big performance hit-exhaust temps will drop and lose velocity-gases will take longer to leave the car b/c they have to travel in different directions.

That doesnt make sense, your car doesnt run better with back pressure, if the gasses in the exhaust pipe cool then that will reduce power but there is not such thing as back pressure producing horsepower. I understand that if I have two mufflers then I may loose a little power, but I think for me it would be worth the small power lost just to have a nice sound and look to my car. why do you think the dual exhaust wont sound good?

You will loose to much back pressure for the engine and it will run like trash and it is not good for your car...........its a rolla not a honda v6 or a stang. just go to 2.5 pipe and it will work beter for your engine.... Y ad the extra weight to your car?

with less backpressure, you will lose torque, which you prolly have very little of anyway. you'll have a really low idle, too, or it'll just feel really weird when it idles...might shake a lot. you should notice something of a gain in the top end, tho...but your off the line starts will suck azz.

with no backpressure-you lose tons of low end torque-so basically-you tap the pedal-and you wont feel that new car "pull" or sensitivity...in my car-i have to push the pedal to the floor to bring my rpm's up to make any kind of decent power b/c of my 2.5 inch exhaust system...

I love the sound my flowmaster has, thats why I think two would be bad ass. I took the resonator off and it sounds nice, I can imagine two flowmasters reverberating with each other, hell yeah I can hardly wait. Plus I think that dual mufflers on the back just makes the car look more aggresive.

I will probably keep the stock exhaust size and have dual exhaust, that should help the exhaust flow enough without cooling the exhuast gasses too much.
