    Engine Immobilizers?

I'm thinking I kinda want to get an immobilizer installed in my car - I'm not as scared fo people stealing stuff in my car as I am them stealing the car itself; and my insurance company only offers discounts on cars with immobilizers.

Does anybody here know how to install them? How difficult are they? Anybody know of anywhere in the Toronto (Canada) area that I can buy or even install one?

I'm just kinda feeiln around, now...but I'd like to get one...

or...maybe I'll say forget it and use the money on a bike...iunno yet
but I'd still like to know...

The only aftermarket immobilzer approved by the Insurance Bureau of Canada is the Mastergard M6000:

This is not a system that you can install yourself. I'm sure it's easy to do, but by providing installation instructions to anyone who buys one, the intergity of the system would be compromised. You should be able to get it done for about $400.
