Forced Induction emissions ?

    emissions ?

    so what does everybody do about emissions testing??? can you still pass even tho you have a custom turbo setup??? or what do you have to do in order to pass?

    My city doesn't do emissions testing so I can do whatever I want :) atleast until I move. Besides even if you fail emissions testing in washingtion 9 out of 10 times you just pay like a $74 fee or something and skip over the system ;)

    where you located, State, County? check your local laws but if i were you i'd just make sure there is at least a catalytic converter. here where i'm at they just require a cat but you can get away with it in some inspection stations.they mainly go by what kind of car it is, its classification, size and engine displacement.

    not a damn thing.....oklahoma doesnt have any inspections....its nice having a clean window without an ugly sticker on ur windshield....

    yeah i'm sure i got three freaking sticker on mine, the state,inspection and the military but that on sits on top and in the center part it the window not on the drivers side like the other two. same goes for the accord but i could care less about that POS.

    heh, when i had my turbo installed, I passed emissions better with it than when I had tested the 2 years before when I had first bought my rolla and it was 100% stock.

    ahh the sweet smell of a catless exhaust.

    In CA, you fail visual (meaning they see a aftermarket intake, headers, turbo, etc without a CARB EO) you fail automatically.

    me too , the 98 LE(stolen and totaled), 01 S and the Accord have no cats all three ran open.
