    emblems

ive read alot of posts on several threads and i think im ready to do the huge step of removing my rear emblems :D

the question is (maybe its a stupid question) is it possible to put them back on in a couple years when if i wanna sell my corolla

...it would sell better with the embems right?

well, if you take them off carefully enough they're easy enough to put back on...just get 3M mounting tape.

i think all cars improve immensely once debadged, no emblems anywhere just lend a very clean, smooth look to me.

I dont mind the badges on mine. Have you noticed that the front grill badges on most later model cars have gotten HUGE !!!!? CW

The only badge on my car that is left is on the steering wheel. In my opinion it looks much nicer, but the front looks like shit until you get a custom grill put on.

    Method

What do you use to remove them? A hard card?

You can do it that way. I just used finger and fingernail power = pried and pulled, but the Corolla from the trunk is no longer re-usable. Be careful not to keep the heat in one area to long, you can crack you clear coat, then kiss your paint goodbye.

I did it w/ my mom's hair dryer and a plastic knife. I have a 00 and the word "corolla" got really gelly and kinda fell off, but everything else was hard and came off easily.
