quick question for ELP or TRD intake owners.. What's the piping diameter on the intake?

also for the people with a TRD CAI, do anyone have a CARB exempt sticker they dont need? You typically dont need it outside Cali..

I don't have ELP or TRD intake, I have K&N but I believe the piping is either 2 1/2 or 3

the TRD is 3 inches... and unfourtunatly here in colorado you need the CARB sticker I'd rather not have it. but your intake should have come with a new one... or a new filter will have one

reason i'm asking is because i'm welding together my own CAI and dont know rather to buy 2.5" or 3" mandrel bent piping.

Where can you get mandrel bent piping? Any auto shop?
I want to make my won CAI too.

so far JCWhitney has the best price i can find.. you could get a pretty long piece of U bent 2.5" piping for about $23
