    Eibach Sportline drop

Man, I just got my Sportline's installed. Two problems. 1)The front is slightly higher than the rear. 2)Runnin on 17's and I'm getting Major rubbing in the back. I am running on stock struts right now, and hopefully the Tokico's will help from tire rubb. This is just a temporary solution for now. I will be getting a full coilover set. The drop in the rear is so low, I can't see the top of the tires. In the front I have like a 2 1/2 inch gap. And the springs haven't even been broken in yet. Hopefully new struts and a wheel alignment will help to cut the rubbing in the back to half. All most for got to mention, I have a sub box with two 12's in the trunk.

Wheel alignment and new struts WONT stop the rubbing...you need to roll your fenders, because your rims have the wrong offset.

And the front has a larger gap because the front fender is cut higher than the rear fender. The drop is the same, yet the fenders themselves are lower in the back.

On the contrary, I use to have HP coilovers and dropped them pretty low in the back on my previous Rolla. And they didn't rub at all. Then again the strut would bottom out, until I got the KYB's put on, then it was all good. So the wheels are not the wrong offset. They are slightly tilting inward in the back. I might consider rolling the fenders anyway though. By the way, how do you roll the fenders? Didn't know the front fender was cut higher. Guess the only way to combat that is to get coilovers or complete coilover system, and raise it higher in the back. Also, when I had the HP coilovers, the stance was a lot better, because I was able to drop it a lot more in the front, and raise it a little more in the back.

Look at the side of the car, and run your finger from the top of the front fender straight to to the rear. Its higher.
