Dual Halo Project Headlights for 98-00 Rolla???

They are all over ebay if u search for them. Has anyone tried these before on a 98-00 rolla? This year model that i got uses the 9003 bulbs which doesn't need a second bulb as far beams.... But this one has 2 sets of bulbs, a low beam and highbeam or as it seems.....

Do any bulbs work like my silverstars on these or what?

    The halo lights

    no one?!?

I totally agree that getting a retro fit is the best custom investment (exterior wise) that you could get on your car. You just need the right pieces and get someone experienced to get it done right for you. Otherwise get a standard HID conversion kit until you have enough mula to get a retro fit. You can also change the halo rings to leds.

they will cost you a good $900-$1,000 w/ the best equipment and very good quality labor from sean2sean.

sean lives in So Cal about 40 miles from me.

I complained about those dual halos projectors about them not lighting up shit...I drove @ night w/ bulbs better than sylvanias and it was hard to see stuff, I had the DRLs cut way before I tried those lights and they still melted like crazy, plus the wiring was backwards on the ones I bought. If u get them u will highly regret it.

Not only do the projectors look bad ass, but the light up the world. I used to light up all lanes on a 5 lane freeway and see the highway signs from like 100 yards+ away easily (had mine aimed a lil high....ssshhh.) But now I have the projectors HIDs in my Z and they have high beams! haha..and they r even better than the Corollas cuz they r the only projector like it in the US!

well up my guessing price by another $700 lol..... those things are really bad ass and sean2sean does some quality work, they'll never burn ur wiring and stuff like the ones on Ebay do. Ebay = Distrust ...or well at least for me :D

I'll agree that that a retro fit will do better than a standard HID conversion kit anyday, but a conversion kit isn't cheap. I spent a total of $875 for my kits combined including installation and taxes on my 6500k blue HID low beams and 8000K blue/white fog lights. The light output is ridiculous on my 03 altis, and I don't feel cheap, nor do the quality kits treat me cheap. I'm curently waiting though for DistantXtremes on the 2003corolla.org site to finish my retrofit on my 03 altis, which will complete my light output king. The total was

    HID kit: already had
BMW projectors: free (though s200 has the best oem projectors)
    Headlamps: 100
    labor: 300

total would be around 900 like you said if people didn't have an HID kit already along with projectors.

What bulb size is used in the projector lows and which size is used the in the reflector highs? And is the low beam lens really a true projector lens and not just a marketing gimmick phrase?
