    Driving Lights.

    I have some driving lights but they don't seem to light up the road very well. What angle should i aim the lights. I do have sylvania h3 bulbs in them. thanks for the help.
    if i parked up against a wall how high should the aim be, they are mounted in the grill of a 99 corolla.:superconf
