so, i got an idea...Ive got the police strobes, now, im geting the siren to go with it. its gunna cost about 200 dollars for the siren and speaker. after i get it hooked up, im gunna get a car alarm and hook my siren and strobes to it.

after i do that, im gunna make a vid of my friend tryin to break into it at a walmart parking lot, and see what kinda attention it gets.

d00d, this is a REAL system, the exact same shit the coppers use. ive got the 100watt speaker. im happy with what i purchased. now i just need the shit to get here already. and i got the same strobe system u got, but its a 6 head output. i havnt noticed the strobes melting my plastic, but i havnt exactally looked yet either.<br />

They can also get you if it's flashing and sounds like a cop car in a parking lot. Especially with blue lights. Impersonating an officer could get time and/or a very hefty fine.

A guy at one of the local audio shops had blue undercar neons that were sound activated with his muffler, music, etc... He got 90 days probation, 30 days of community service, and a $1500 fine for them. But I think worse than that, he now has a felony offense on his police record. That could affect future jobs, loans, etc...

ive talked to 3 cops about this, and 1 judge. blue lights, or red lights illegal, or anything that flashes. but if im PARKED in a LOT, or on private property, they cant do anything. If im parked on the side of the road, it IS legal for me to have my rear red strobes to be on as a saftey. in fact, ive done it before. got a flat on I75 comin home, and i fliped on the strobes while i was on the shoulder.

what i decide to enter a show? could a cop still give me a ticket? nope.

its a 2nd degree felony to impersinate a cop, my mom is one, i have read the FL laws, i have that nice 3" book that has all the statutes in it.
