Does this annoy anyone else?

I find it really annoying when i'm skimming through topics and i see

" Just got my new 19" Supercool wheels"
or
"Got my New Bodykit installed today"

and then when i click on the topic the first post reads

"I'll post pics when i get a chance"

I think there should be a rule that you have to have pics before you can start a topic.

Maybe it's just me though

Doesn't really annoy me, but it wastes my time lol.

lol....I know what you both mean guys but hey.............when you get something done to your car and you dont have a dig. cam it's like your a kid again and want to whole world to know about it.

well it's 2:30 in the morning so i guess i'm pretty easily annoyed right now, lol

I just change my 18" konig for 23" Jesse James wheels. I'll post pics later !!!

Oh, and did I mentioned that my twin turbo is on ?

i agree, someone gotta bust out the "this thread is worthless without pics" icon everytime someone does that...maybe i should. people shoud post pics or just dont say nothing..i dont post pics, but i dont make new threads for any of my new mods.

ok, if it rains it pours..another thing that irritates me is when people post pics of their new mods that everyone has already done in forums other than the pictures forum (ex. suspension/brake or exterior forum posting "hey look at my motegi mr7 rims with tein stech drop")..the same exact mod has been done before, so put just put it where it belongs, in the picture forum. if you have a part not many people have and may be of interest, post in the appropriate forum (ex. if you have the new tein coilvers, post in suspension forum also). if your car looks the same as everyone else, whoop de fricken doooo...im not saying your car isnt nice, it just isnt anything new. post it in the pictures forum and dont expect everyone to go gaga over it.. sorry, im in a bad mood

I agree with you, Nate. When I read topics such as that I expect to see some pictures as well. It does get a little annoying sometimes. More pictures, less talk. 8)

I agree with you all when people say "I ordered my springs today", but if someone get a mod done (even if it is just some springs) they should be entitled to show it off, hell... he just spent a few hundred dollars on it... let him show it. If you dont want to look then dont.

But yeah, I hate the infamous... "ordered my rims today, cant wait!" thread.

I don't think too much of it. It just gives me an idea on what people are doing to their cars, pictures or no pictures.

It's cool by me that they don't post pics but I quickly loose interest and don't bother replying to those types of posts. I am a visual person. I likes the pics of the girls...er and the cars. 8)

But I find it funny when you see a sig with tint % as a mod. :roll:

thats the thing that bothers a lot of us...they dont "show" it..and if they wanna show it, there is the "pictures of your car" forum.
