    i never really got into rap...though Derrick had me pretty well hooked on techno/trance/vocal trance/etc for awhile. Mike's slowly bringing me back to harder rock(thank goodness..heh).

    raps great well some of it, i can understand why sum1 who listens to the radio wouldnt like it. 1/2 the radio stuff is garbage

    having three older brothers ranging from 37, 36, and 26... late 80s and early to mid 90s rap and metal are all that truly appeals to me. i mean who here listened to twista, brotha lynch, ghetto boys, etc, etc, 10+ years ago? lets not forget my headbanging brother listening to death metal and underground rage...

    oh, by the way haha. im a big disturbed AND trapt fan.

    Im big into Staind and Breaking Benjamin too....saw them live a few months ago, and Im seeing Staind live again soon.

    honestly, i couldn't tell you. i've never been there either...heh. the only reason i considered it was the proximity to the apartment. my friend's meeting me at my place, and she and i are trekking the whopping half hour to the venue.

    from what i understand it's alright. nothing overly spectacular, but better than, say, the recher or something small like that.

    i see him once a month, if that. usually for a week.

    this trip, he'll be gone a month and 2 weeks. the next trip will be 3 months(but he's flying me to Michigan at some point during that trip for a weekend...neither of us want to be parted that long).

    fortunately, we're both patient people. things have been going well since January, so i have no concerns. :)
