Engine Disabling airbags?

    Disabling airbags?

    Ok , i'm not sure if i'm in the right section for this or not but here goes. I have been very paranoid about my airbags deploying so i wanna disable them.
    I've heard many cases where people don't get hurt at all until the airbags actually deploy and beats the hell out of the person. I'm very afraid of that happening. So does anyone know how to disable the airbag? my car's a 01 corolla S by the way.

    would you rather hitting a cushion that'll only smash your nose, or would you like to hit your steering wheel and have about 100 stitches on your forehead? you decide..it's put in there for a reason, or you can just get a racing harness and buckle your ass down
