Has anyone ever figured out the fix for a 93-97 Canadian version?
I have the wiring diagram/etc if needed.

Yes he is. Even though some of the stuff I could do without a DIY, I still print out his and use them, it's extremely helpfull and you'll know exactly what you need to do. No messing around.

Yes. I concur. I know its a big project, but please keep in mind how valuable a DIY like that would be to the Corolla community! I guess as long as you snap good pictures of the parts as you go along you can always make a DIY whenever you feel like it.
I'm sure alot of people would appreciate it.

Sorry I don't. I'm sure if you get a repair manual there will be a pinout for the relay wiring harness. If you can't get a manual for some reason, use a test light with a needle on the end to poke into the wires and find the wire that shows a current when the lights come on. It might not be different than the US version.

Stupid question, but after completing the DIY you can turn the headlights on and off like a normal car right?
