    curb weight ...

weighed my car today with a full tank of gas and me in it - 2520lbs. the scale was accurate to +/- 10lbs. I weigh 165lbs. so my car only weighs 2355lbs. pretty light for a corolla lol. i have some weight reductions done. :)

My rolla's weight dropped 30 lbs since last year. Er, rather, it's driver did. Healthy foods ftw.

My emissions sheet from last year says 2700 lbs. Dunno how much gas, weight of the human(s) in the car. igorien, you have those Honda rims, right?

    out:
    -spare tire
    -sparetire cover
    -back seats
-back seatbelt buckles & center belt
    -air box resonator
    -windshield washer box
    -armrest

    replace:
-seat > carbon fiber seat (1)
-oem batt > buddy club batt

techincally curb weight is determined with no fluids in the car. Oil, Brake fluid, Tranny juice, Gasoline, windex... all out. oh yeah... and altitude also comes into play.

When i ever get the chance to lose more weight, i think it'll be out with the sound tar. and possibly drill out some holes on the bumper reinforcement bars.

speed hoes!!! you probably got rid of 20 lbs from taking ur reinforcemtn for ur jdmtyte bumper. btw, if you've shaved off all the weight on ur car and its still heavy... shave some weight off the driver ;)

run STX, they allow no seats , and bucket seats. and most likely it's less competative than STS for some reason.

I dont think anyone got this except me because I didnt see anyone post about it yet.

That is a quote from The Simpsons when the Mafia were shooting and they shot the car so there were bullet holes everywhere. Homer was buying a car and the salesman said that they were speed holes. Im suck a geek :( lol

EDIT: Also anyone ever consider gutting the reat seats? Or buy seat covers and somehow make it look like there are seats there? They never said that they have to be comfortable now eh? lol

its like taking off all your interior panels and then painting the bare metal to match the dashboard. everyone's still gonna know there are no panels there
