Engine Cruise Control

    Hey everyone I didnt know which part of the site to post this but I figured this one would be best suited for my question. Ive looked it up and all i can find is using the cruise control to save gas.

    But my real question is:

    When you push the cruise control button and the "cruise" light is on on your gauge cluster but your not actually using the cruise control.. does that change your gas mileage? I know its probably a stupid question but I was just wonderin. Thanks!
