Engine cricket sound from engine bay????

    cricket sound from engine bay????

    anybody know wut causes this sound coming from the engine bay? i just heard the sound today.

    and no... there is no cricket living in my engine bay... lol

    bad? good? normal?

    in my case i actually have cricket under my hood...


    a cricket on cocaine... it's called Greddy Type-S.... lol

    loose/worn belts drivebelts. Probably worse in wet/damp weather?? If it gets worse or louder when you turn the steering wheel, then it's the power steering belt, otherwise it's the alternator belt most likely.
