    Couple of questiosn

Ok, I'm new to the whole rolla scene. I just purchased a 2005 XRS and I have a few questions. Could someone help explain "lift" to me. From what I understand it feels like a turbo boost at 6k rpms. Also is the engine an interference engine or not? Thanks guys

    lift:
basically, there are two cam lobes with different profiles, the higher rpm profile is used in the 6000-Redline RPM range and it has higher lift and duration, which explains the power increase.

i'm not sure whether i'm correct or not, but i want to say that the 2zz-ge is an interference engine.
