Most lowering springs companies wont release information on spring rates either because they are either progressive or simply close to stock. Lowering springs and replacement struts are not suitable for use in competition, they're mainly show/daily driver items.

If you want something for competition purposes I suggest either going with a set of Ground Control coilovers fitted with Eibach "race" springs (you can order custom spring rates with increments of +/-25lbs/in) and struts that are valved to match (koni yellows). Or spend some extra cash on a reputable set of Full coilover suspension.. There are a lot of advantage on teh latter, for one both springs and struts are engineered to work in unison unlike teh spring/strut setups where you mix and match brand A w/ brand B. Another advantage is adjustability; height, dampening, preload, camber, etc. depending on the brand/model you choose. Once you go full coilover, you'd never go back.

hmmm, maybe I'll jsut save up and get a set of KSport coil-overs. they are reasonably priced and seem to be pretty high quality, though I dont know a lot about the company as a whole.

It's a ok company, made in taiwan, debuit in the US about a yr back, I've done installs with ksport.. fitment quality is definately not as good as more reputable manufacturers, parts are universal-ish IMO, but its a good bang for the buck. Thats just me because I spent about twice what ksport retails on my setup.
