i just installed my cold air intake on my car today. i do have a 99 prizm and the problem is that it started to rain today and the filter got wet. my question is, will it pull any water in if it is just slightly wet and were can i order an intake bypass valve so i can be on the safe side? thanks

if you don't dunk it in puddles, you should be OK.

I got a AEM CAI on my 04 S and it's been raining like crazy around here and my car is fine, plus if u have a fender liner u should be fine cause that protects the filter from moisture and as fal said too keep it out of puddles

my cold air intake is lowww. if i go in a pretty deep puddle the filter will clog and possibly suck water in. I installed an air breather on the top side of the intake. I stay the hell away from big puddles!!!
