Did you bleed the clutch slave cylinder and are you sure there isn't a leak anywhere in the clutch line? Certain you didn't bend the clutch fork?

2 inches seems to be about right, but not sure about the specifics of the T100s.

What parts did you replace, exactly? Clutch disc or pressure plate or both??

You may have gotten a damaged/faulty pressure plate or just the wrong one for your truck. If all else fails, I'd return it and ask for a new one. I know that's a lot of work get to, but not many options.

Different problem altogether, I know, but I rebuilt the engine in my 1990 Camry a few years back and in the process of lowering the engine back into the engine bay, the entire engine actually fell onto the floor (complete with flywheel, pressure plate and clutch disc). The end (clutch) of the engine is what hit the floor and it actually bounced a few times on the floor (damn scary, it was). Anyhow, a few of the teeth on the pressure plate were bent - we UNbent them, but still had the same problem you're having....clutch just wouldn't release all the way and grinding gears and so forth....returned and replaced the pressure plate and all was well.
