clutch job on a 91 camry

Would I need anything else besides a new clutch disc to do a clutch job on a 91 camry 4 cylinder? Would I possibly need a new release bearing or could I get by on the one it has now? Im going to do the job for mom at school. The car has about 160k miles on it and was also wondering if the flywheel would probably need to be replaced or could I turn it and just used it again? Thanks.
