    clearing the corners

is there an easier way to clear the corner besides lowering the front bumper to take the entire headlight out only to have to break the yellow piece through a tiny whole? Is there a way to to just take the cover off the headlights and remove the yellow piece that way? If anybody has done it another way besides the DIY section PLEASE let me know. thanks

there are always other ways to do things. But you need to get the headlight out to do ANY of them. SO you have to drop the front bumper anyway. After you get the light out you can use a heat gun to peel the front lens off and just pull it out. But how are you gonna seal it? Doing it the way in the DIY is the best way to do it, and costs the least. Plus it is actually the fastest way so far. If you wanted to you could actually break the plastic peice off while the light is still on the car, then use a vaccuum with a small rubber hose attached to the end to suck it through the hole. But I think its faster to pull the bumper.

What's funny is that when I first saw the subject line for this, I thought I was going to read about questions/comments regarding drifting or something. Hence... "clearing the corners"!! :-D
