If I remember correctly, then the lip will fit. Wasn't there someone a little while ago that found a civic lip off the side of the freeway? They said it fit almost perfectly.

There are a lot of available lips for the 03-07. It was near impossible to find the one I have now.
Here's 2 from the seller that I bought my lip from.
    Altis style
    Type R style

What are the bumper differences for the 03-04 from the 05+? I always thought they were the same.

you could always cut it in half add a piece of sheet metal and attach it with rivets then bondo and fiberglass it smooth. It shouldn't be a big thing to do.

I'm sure he has more and can make more. He's still making lip kits for other cars and models.

yes, the grille on the 03-04 is different from the 05+. The clips on the bottom of the grille are way off and the shape is just a tad off. You can make it work, but it doesn't look right.

depends on which civic you get i think. and yes, i was the one with the freeway lip and it fits fine. i think its from a civic hatch. sadly though, the kia sadona (sp? well, who cares its a kia) also has one thats looks exactly the same
