    check out my "APC" pedals

These look cool. Dunno how long they will last looking that way....
a pain to install securely, specially the gas pedal.

Now, I really have to push the clutch down to the floor to get the engine to start. Oh well..

Looks cool! I've got pedals, too. I haven't had any problems...and I've had them over a year.

    that's cool.
good to know they hold up in the long run.
Unlike other (mainly cosmetic) car parts, these get heavy usage!!

Now, I only need to get the "shorty" antenna and the window tint. Thinking about getting silver looking tint. Except for the front windows. I love the looks of the glass on the Lexus LX-300 SUV.

Yeah...I'm not sure mine are made with the same material, but I don't imagine there's too much difference usage wise.

yours look great! They seem to be all metal machined right?
Mine are made of steel, but the shiny (screw on) top plate is very thin aluminum.

they are a pain to install!
It took me like 45 minutes to secure them to the pedals. They have a whole bunch of fasteners, and they need to attach real good to the rubber in the pedals for a secure installation. The instructions actually showed a different design of pedals, so it was useless.

But they look nice and feel great when driving, so they are worth the hassle. Cheap too. $20 bucks on eBay.

They are a pain to install. I know the feeling. I felt like an ass being in an akward position while installing them.
i got mine at pepboys for $20

Did you get pedals with those metal strap type fasteners? I bought some of those (don't think they were APC though) and the installation pissed me off. My brake pedal was loose at 1st so I spent way too long trying to get it secure enough to my liking. I ended up ripping them all off in like a week cuz I was pissed. I have seen some higher quality pedals that actually screw on which is something I can appreciate. They cost more but it's all good because the material is solid, they look nice and most of all won't piss me off by being a pain to install securely. I'll take some pics when I get aroud to buying and installing them.

On another note, I installed the altis chrome grill last week and I like it. Seeing the picture of crooner's car a while back gave me the final motivation to go buy one. 8) Next up is probably a spoiler

Good! post pics of your ride with the new grille when you have a chance.

After the grille I installed the cheap Xenon bulbs from eBay. So far no problems. They look great. Just love the blue tint. Mine are "eurodezigns" by the way.

Next on my list is the window tint. Then I guess the tower strut bar.

and yes, my pedals have the metal fasteners. That's the "pain" part of installing them. So far, they have remained in place.

I'd bet you could adjust the clutch safety switch so you didn't have to mash the pedal so much.

how do you adjust the clutch safety feature?
Is the adjustment reachable from below the dash?

Follow your brake pedal up, you'll see a electrical switch. Then follow your clutch pedal up and see if there's one like it.
