If it's under warranty, take it in..

Maybe the MAF sensor went bad?

yeah car only has 8,200 miles on it. I put the CAI on my car like 6 months ago, and no problems until I disconnected the battery to install a groundwire kit. Now CEL light is on and car bucks at 3K Rpms. Won't shift into 2nd Gear. I used my scanner and came up with that code. I'm gonna put the stock air box back in tomorrow and see if that changes anything, if not I'll be taking it back to the dealer on Tuesday.

    Go here. It'll explain it.

My first actions would be to 1) reboot the computer by pulling the EFI 15A fuse for a few minues and 2) while you've got the fuse out, remove the MAF sensor and clean it using electrical parts cleaner (but for heaven's sake, don't touch that wire with anything, just spray the cleaner through the sensor really good and leave it at that).
