Can i sand touch up paint?

    Can i sand touch up paint?

    hey!
    I was wondering if it was a good idea to sand touch up paint ... it looks so clumpy ... i hate it ... but anyhow ... if i could sand it down a lil without it chipping off that would be great ... what is the diff b/t wet sand and regular sand paper? what grit would be good?
