Music/Movie burning DVDs

    burning DVDs

    does anyone use DVD shrink 3.2 here??? mine takes hella long to burn it takes about an hr and 20 mins.... does anyone know a faster way?

    i do and mine is pretty fast. its the fastest program i've used so far. i like it a lot. my average time is 20 mins. max of 30 mins.
    how fast is your machine? it makes a huge difference if u have lotsa ram, fast hd, fast pc, 4x or 8x dvd-r, etc.

    i have an athlon 2500+ with 8mb buffer hd, LG 8x burner, 8x disc, 1gb ram.
    my other pc is a PIII and takes mimimum 1hr to copy.

    well its the encoding step where it writes it to the HD that takes so long, not the actual physical burining onto a disk. It's the only program I know of so I just deal with it. Only suggestion is to use the fastest blank DVD's you can with your burner.
