    bubbling paint

Well I painted my entire interior. The trim piece around my radio bubbles up and I've sanded it down and repainted it a couple times now but it always comes back. It was no problem during the winter obviously cause it wasnt hot in my car all the time. When it used to be white it didn't bubble up but now that its imitation chrome it seems to happen a lot easier. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep it from happening again?

make sure that the temp. is over 65degrees at least, and i would suggest u get all the paint off, sand it more and re-paint.
