    To sit there and say she had the best interest of her baby in mind, and that she would do anything to defend her is so ridiculous.

    She should be charged.

    “I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm’s way, but the paparazzi continued to stalk us,” she said. “I love my child and would do anything to protect him.” Haha...thats bullshit.

    I remember sitting in the front seat or on my dad's lap as a kid way back when. Then again, dad was driving one of those 20' long land yachts that wouldn't yield to an impact short of running into a building. Different times, different attitudes, different conditions.

    Would I do that with my son now - HELL NO. Somebody needs to bitch slap some sense into that girl. Doesn't take you more than a handful of seconds to securly seat a baby into a childseat. There is no excuse for not doing so - even a minor event could potentially cause serious injury to the child. Hopefully they do something - letting this get swept under the rug will set a bad precedent for future situations.
