    I likes my cardboard boxes...
    they do quite well
    ;-)

    I think carpeted MDF is pretty much standard for that sort of application; and I think it's a good idea even if you want a nicer look - say with a nice fiberglass outside - to use the MDF as a 'frame' and the fiber just to pretty it up.

    Well MDF for sure. You would have to carpet latter. Cauck for the inside to seal it.
