Bought a new 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTS on 03/10/2007

I took delivery of an Amazon Green (Metallic Olive) 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTS on 03/10/2007. It is an awesome truck and fits my needs alot better. I no longer have to worry about people struggling to get into the back seat or with a bed that isn't used very often. I LOVE the in-bed trunk, but hate having to go back to payments even if they are $255 a month. For 84 months. Oh, I will have it paid off early by doubling up payments and saving every little thing I can. Good-bye Transformer toys, DVDs and video games.

    Here's my new truck:

P.S. I will be updating my signature soon, too.

You know I suppose I don't really mind those trucks. I personally wouldn't own one and it isn't because it's a Honda ... it's because it sucks gas and for just my husband and I a waste of space. I mean Nathan drives a corolla...enough said about the need for space lol. So yeah ... I think though that if that's the truck you need to fit your needs than go for it ... but don't bitch about having to fill up your gas tank.

the ridgeline is more of an suv then a truck, but i guess if you don't use the bed it would suit your needs. why 84 months on the loan? if you are doubling up on payments you should of just gone with a 4 or 5 year loan. you will be paying a lot of extra interest.

ITS NOT A TRUCK THE ENGINE IS TRANVERSE!!!!!! lol. Im not a big fan of them mostly because I like to off road and that truck is built on a car chasis. But, if you need the truck cargo size without the "truck" then it is nice. I like the color too.

    Haha, folks.

It IS a truck, although it rides more like a car. When on rough terrain, it lets you know you are in a truck.

The Ridgeline is a great truck for those who don't haul much, like me, and want V6 mileage. I love the in-bed trunk and the plethora of storage space in the cab. It rides great and is very comfortable. A LOT more comfortable them my Tundra and is a bit easier to get in.

regardless of how the engine is mounted if the drivetrain can handle it i'm sure it can get though anything if it was built a bit more stronger on certain areas. you'd be surprised at how advanced some 4WD and AWD systems are built today.

BTW its a nice truck just don't expect to do any serious off-roading more like traction purposes.
