Engine blacktop swap

I'm researching a blacktop swap and have a few questions. I am planning on sending my harness to phoneix tuning when I get the new engine but I was wondering what I would need (besides the full swap) to convert my automatic into the manual that I am going to get with the blacktop. I know clutch pedal, shifter and trans but I'm not sure on the details. Any help would be appreciated as this is starting to get confusing. THanks.

For the transmission part of the swap. Follow this guide, it should be fairly similar. If you go with the 6spd, you will need the 6 speed shifter as well and any other accessories that go along with it.

Thanks, that should help a lot (don't know how I overlooked that post). Now I just need to find a car that I can drive for a couple weeks while I'm doing all this stuff to my car as it is my dd. Thanks agian.
