black light would have no physiological impact on your body during stage 3 rem sleep, your dream state is controlled internally only. When someone is messing with you ie wispering in your ear or what not you come out of stage 3. Black lights might have psychological impact on your dream state especially if something like you got raped while a black light was on or if you associate any kind of chatoic memory with black lights, you knowing its on can create problems in your sub concious

Black Light Dreams

This Has Happened A Couple Of Years Ago. I Fell A Sleep With The Black Light On And Was Scared Awake By Nightmares. I Don't Have Nightmares, And These Were Really Messed Up. They Only Happened With The Black Light On. Has Anybody Had This Happen To Them Or Heard Anything Like This? Try It Your Self And Post What Happens, I Am Interested To See If It Works On Other People.

i stopped using a blacklight when i was in middle school...sorry.

ok, so i dont care when the last time was when you used your black light, i dont care about your psycho babble (none of what you said applies to me so try again), and i dont care about your homo sexual serial killer fantasies. this is a simple experiment and you should keep an open mind about this. i just want to see if this has happened to someone else.

I have a blacklight inside my computer case, it just lights up my cables and fans a really cool blue

i used to sleep with one on also. i had no dreams, bad ones, and great dreams; can't attribute it to the light.
