    Black headlights just arrived.

I just got these at home. Unfortunately I haven't been home for a couple days. Once I get home, I'll wax, install, and post pics. I wonder if I'll have to realign the beams again.

    They're here!

No time to install though. I just got back tonight so all I have in are the corners. The headlights will have to wait till morning. I did put a nice fresh coat of wax over them though. I think I'm missing a few parts. I'll have to mix and match parts from the existing headlights to make it work. No worries though. Just minor obstacles.

Do you have to screw them in from the other side? Like through the fender? Will I have to remove the bumper?
btw like I said, I'm missing a clip.

This passenger side is missing that clip.

This pic below is the driver side which has the clip which I circled in red.
Are these necessary for adjusting the beam? I hope I can use the clip from the stock headlights.

@jdmikey: The headlights and corners will be available to you after 2mor!

When i changed mine over i had to take the bumper off and it is easy to do that and if I'm not mistaken i used some of the original head lights from my old set up and where ever you have your car park put the head lights on mark the wall with black tape and when you put the new ones you just adjust to what is on the wall ..... THIS LINK SHOULD HELP YOU OUT ROLLATUNER CAUSE IT HELPED ME &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; http://vamp.darkravers.net/cpg/disp...album=143&pos=0...... GOOD LUCK BUDDY !!!!!!!!

Thanks! These headlights make the output brighter by about 2 times. The black housing also reduces glare since of course there is less reflective surface. They do such a great job focusing the light on the road. I though I had 50W HIDs for a second. <img src="http://vvti.net/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Big Grin" /> Those stock headlights were horrible at focusing the light. The parabolic lenses in the stock unit were just horrible.

I finished putting them in. There are too many steps to explain so the DIY is out of the question. I had to swap parts with the stock headlights since the aftermarket were missing some clips and the plastic headlight brackets were a lot flimsier than the stock brackets. It still took me a while to install after that even though I knew what I was doing. It took about 2 hours since I had to figure out which parts were interchangeable.
Here's some pics of the finished product.

I actually have stock clear bulbs in the corners right now. I'm going to switch them out for some normal orange bulbs. I actually like the "egg yolk" look. The orange in there would give more contrast to the black corners making it more noticeable. :D The mirrored bulbs just aren't my style.

You need to change your corner bulbs out ..... Go to either Advance Auto or Auto Zone .... Sylvania makes corner lights that look purple but there a bright orange so bright they shine farther then your HID head lights and when there off they look cool witht he black back ground ...... check out my pic you can see my corner lights.... good luck

Yeah, I know which bulbs you're referring to. They come stock in the new Mitsubishi Eclipses. I actually like the orange egg yolk look. If I wanted a complete black look when the bulbs are off, I would've gone with LED bulbs.
