    Best Header for 01?

Okay since I have recently made the decision to super charge my corolla instead of turboing I was thinking about getting a header since I won't be needing a turbo manifold. Does anyone know a good header for the 01 corolla? All I see on eBay is OBX and I think OBX is trash :) Also I have an Alpha Werks full catback exhaust system on the car so I want a header that would be a good match for it. Get the gases flowing good. Also has anyone dynoed a corolla with a header to see what the gains are?

i just had the header re-done and opened up the flange and exhaust port hole openings i noticed quite a bit of a gain but i cannot tell you how much .

But which would be better? Porting the existing header or going for a larger high flow header?

the OBX one is a myth. it doesnt exist, i called them last year and they said they do not have them. even though they advertise it on their site.

How? If I wanted to go tell a shop to do this for me, what exactly do I say to them?

if you notice where the exhaust flange hooks up to the pipe i had them cut it off and add a 3inch flexpipe in place. i had them open up the ports a bit more and soften the inner part of the exhaust ports on the manifold istelf.it has the stock design but modified on the bottom and inside the ports. Each exhaust runner is a 1.75 inch runnerfor each cylinder. like i said the design is kept the same. As for the O2 sensor i had it threaded and then added.

Wow, I have an idea of what you're saying, but everytime I read about your modifications I wish you had pictures to show. You have a lot of custom modifications on your car from what I've been reading up to this point.

yeah i do but with this current engine it does not run the same it runs slower. i need to fix it up after i get back from cali january 26 i leave october 23. i have spent a load of money on my car and the engines. Most is custom since i have a very hard time finding any aftermarket parts for it or the ones i want should i say.
click on the link under the signature and just take a look a the photos.

You're in cali and you should be able to find something over there. i won't get a chance to since i will be in San Diego.
