    bad Ebay seller/auction

    Hey I just bought halo projector headlights from Ebay and the guy sent me the wrong ones. He is really being a jerk about it and he wants me to lie to ups so that he doesn't have to pay shipping charges. What can i do? I have e-mailed him and he states his return policy which is vague and nobody even reads them before anyway.

    I haven't contacted Ebay yet, but I did forward the email he sent me to UPS about telling me to lie to them. I got his number from Ebay, but I want to e-mail him again before I do; even though I think his mailbox is still full.

    Never lie to any shipping company... It's considered mail fraud which is a pretty big no-no anywhere.
