    Ok, so I ordered a set of Aluminum Door Sill enhancements for my Corolla on the 21st, and received a "thank you" email from the site, same night. However, I check the website and my order status has not changed. (I chose and paid for second day air) This sucks becuase I ordered a trd FSB form trdparts4u.com 2 days ago with second day air, and it arrives monday. :(

    I sent three emails and filled out a "contact us" form and have not received a response at all. My account was charged for the items however.

    I found a number from the Better Business Bureau and it is not a working number so I filed a complaint to get my money refunded.

    Fucking Jerks. From now on I'll call the number on the website and speak to a person before ordering anything online again.

    Anyone ever filed a complaint with the BBB before?

    Damnit I'm pissed....

    BBB cant do anything....theyre not an enforcing agency.

    And its only been 4 days......arent you jumping the gun a little early?
