    Automatic Transmission Cooler

I've heard about the Mishimoto AT Coolers, are those things helpful for someone without a turbo application? I drive my car pretty hard, and the summers here are really hot, and if these are good, I might check it out. I can get a new one for about 60 bucks. Any thoughts or previous experience from anyone here?

Ok now for a stupid question, how do you measure it? I don't know what to use or what to buy to record the temperature. Also what is a good operating temperature, and is there a such thing as too cool operating temps?

LOL well I didn't think it would freeze or anything like that... just wondering since it's best for a car to operate at a certain temperature, I figured that the transmission would be the same way. I think I'm gonna get it soon, but I'll leave this open to more discussion.
