    Hey, im need to know if there are emissions there. I might be trading in car there, and it couldnt pass the test if its life depended on it.

    yes there are, in some counties. i know its wierd, but true. i just moved back and the county that i live in has them (Floyd). where u located at in ky, i work in louisville.
