go to ToyotaNation and look at their supporting vendors. they have a polish and wax company that has a video up on how to get rid of those foggy headlights using a buffer machine, fine grit sand paper and their product.

    That doesn't work. It's a myth.

Use a plastic restorer, polish, and wax. Or you can resurface the lens. Use an extremely fine sand paper and remove the top layer before polishing and waxing.

outright, all you need to do is just clean up your headlight from dirt or anything thats sticking to it, then apply the mothers polish and scrub it around until it dries and then buffer it. you have your headlights shinning for weeks to come!!
