Anybody ever try MR2 spider wheels?

They look alot like the Celica wheels, but they're 4 lug, so they should fit the Ae102's. They're also 15" front and 16" rear, so I might look to get 4 of the rear wheels to use with winter tires or something.

    Anyone have them?

Interesting. Did you have a staggered setup or all 16's?

    what's your beater?

im pretty sure mk3 mr2s all came with staggered wheels.
you probably got the ass end of 2 sets of wheels, but for 220 with tires who gives a shit!

no they arent 15 front and 16 rear...they are just different tire sizes on 15 inch rims. thats why they cant be rotated.

ok, let me correct you all....

2000-2002, they were 15" all around, with 15X6 in front and 15X6.5 in rear. offsets aren't an issue, and they can be rotated front to back without any adverse effects. it's best to run a 195 width tire on all 4 wheels..

after 02, toyota switched to 16's on the rear of the spyder. not sure the width, although i'd guess it's pretty skinny.

i still have my set on my roomate's 97 corolla..

oh, FYI, with these wheels in place, i NEVER ONCE RUBBED with 195 width tires
