    any 1 here beat a 2000+ celica 5spd

    can any 1 here beat and 2000+ celica 5spd i wanna beat my freinds wanna kno of any mods i can put on my car to hep me the kids got a 04 celica with intake exhaust springs that it any ideas i got a 05 s 5spd help :sad:

    I doubt you will be able to take him since the Celi is about 200+ lbs lighter and has a more aggressive ECU, but a supercharger/turbo will do the trick

    The auto Celica GT is heavier than my manual '98 Corolla..I don't think a manual would save 200lb.

    GT is easy enough to beat. GT-S is another story, if you're stock.

    Yeah, I used to beat celi GT's when I was stock. If you get a light flywheel, race clutch, and a short shifter...you should have no problem beating a celi GT.

    Ive beaten one. It was my friend and his g/f in his celica gt with a psudo n1 exhaust and Kamanari kit against my 03 rolla with intake and exhaust I had him about a car length up to 80 then we slowed down.
