    Anyone return stuff to amazon before and possibly still have a contact email? I'm trying to get a hold of a real person there about returning an iPod.

    or anyone want to buy a 20GB iPod? ;)

    I used to work there and they started to accept returs in the catalog department... I don't know if they still do... won't hurt to ask tho

    I think to get ahold of somebody at amazon I called 206-266-4064
    then it says you can't call this number and says call xxx-xxx-xxxx number instead if you want a person. so, called that and I finally got some lady that sucked at service.
