    does the air condition use gas or is it electric?

    my air conditioning stinks!!! it smells like feet....any of you having this problem??

    well it dosnt really use either.... Its run off a belt and pully (just like the alternator) from the engine. So like RollaS said, it will negitively effect your MPG because its using a little of the engine power to power the AC.

    Ya but why do our AC stink? Actually, it's not just the AC that stinks. Just hitting the fan and bringing in outside air stinks. Is it the filter? I don't think it's due to clogging or anything cuz my heating/cooling system has always been stinky. DAMMIT!

    Moldy water. I typically turn off the A/C before reaching my destination in order for the evap/condensor to reach ambient temps.
