    Aftermarket Wheel?

Is it alot of trouble to swap out the stock steering wheel for an aftermarket wheel? Like what happens to the air bag?

You would also need to find a steering wheel hub that will bolt onto your steering column. One of the older Toyota hubs that are available will probably bolt on, but you will also loose your cruise (if so equipped) and you will have to re-wire the horn and make a new horn contact. It's not impossible to do but you will definitely have to do some fab work to get your horn and cruise to work...
