dont expect a big boost from just the intake, now it also depends on whether you are just gonna do short ram or go for the full Cold air intake. and use that insync with a header, exhaust... no doubt-you'll lose a little power when doing city driving, but when you rev it too its maximum power output level, you'll feel a "slight" pull..nothing big..and nothing that noticeable, itll definitly sound awesome though.. as far as warranty-this is an issue you should contact your dealer and have them explain if installing your "own" intake will mess with anything- usually they install TRD one's for you w/o messing with the warranty..

    AEM Air Intake

I've seen tons of people have these and they look really good sitting in the engine comparment, But I have yet to see what the true HP gains are from using them. The '05 S is a 130hp @ 6500RMP's so what could I expect by installing a new Intake, and what would be another good endine/exhaust mod to go along with it, or is just having it by itself good enough?

Also, do installing intakes/muffler systems, void the overall warranties?
