You don't have it? Hahahahaha. It can't be that hard, you can buy aftermarket kits. Or just go to a junkyard and follow all the wiring.

Someone tried to buy the cruise control off of my Corolla when I was parting it out. Well they did buy it, and I tried to give it to them lol. But the wiring was all integrated into the other wire harnesses, it was crazy. I doubt they were able to fit it on theirs. I know there's a control unit under the hood that has an extra throttle cable going to the pedal, then all the wiring. Probably an ECU as well, I don't quite remember.

its one of those things i want yet dont have....im still scratching my head on why a CE owner has rear heater vents and cruise control yet me a LE owner does not have both....:noidea:

I do know it has its own computer, and pretty much know how under the hood it works but i was tying to see if someone has like a wiring diagram for the cruise...im good at wiring stuff just cant find the diagram to do it.

Yeah the only way you're gonna do it is to have a junkyard car with it available.... then wait for James to post the diagram lol.

Yeah so if you can trace the wires, you should be good, right? Just add whatever your Corolla doesn't have, right? That's better than what I had to do, since I didn't know what the guy actually needed to do the swap.

You don't have to take the upper dash apart... but like the glove box and center console and the rest... I can do that in my sleep lol.

the harnesses you need to pull run under the dash. i swapped in the main harness for it. if you have power windows, you have the main harness. the sub harnesses are whats different. they connect to the main harness at the steering column and other places. its not to hard to do.

I've noticed so many irregularities between models. The cruise control ecu is behind the glove box.
