Engine AC question

AC question

with the AC button not on when i turn the temp switch all the way to cold an then turn the air flow switch all the way to defrost i get a very cold breeze is that the AC working with the AC switch not being turned on because the cold breeze is alot colder then if i had put the air flow switch on panel or floor. try this next time u ride dont just answer the question without tryin it
